So I might start a bit with you and how you came to be bringing the work you do to prison.

We obviously watched far too much Disney and read too many stories growing up because that's not the important part of the story.

And it's so holistic, isn't it?

Because how important is it that we have... Obviously, you're a psychotherapist, so you believe in talk therapy and the inner work, but that we allow that to be integrated through things like drumming, meditation, breath work, to let whatever shifts have happened or realisations have happened integrate into the body.

Absolutely.
