realistically, you've only got a few weeks left to get the sale in.
So look, I think if anyone's out there looking to sell now, it's a beautiful time to sell.

It's almost 30 degrees today and there's a lot of buyers out there.
We've got open homes happening again, which we haven't had for a number of months.
So it's a really good
feeling in the market and there are some great results being achieved so yeah so there is time don't stress out don't you know don't think it's all over because there is still time to get your property sold before the end of the year and and to have things all wrapped up so you can go into christmas relaxed and then come out in the new year looking for your new home if that's what you're looking at doing i would say time is still there but it is ticky hey clay great to talk to you and thank you for coming on to the real estate podcast thank you so much craig i really enjoyed being on board and i hope everyone takes a bit out of what i've said
