And so the quality of that connection is really disrupted.
And you might be better off just setting aside certain time when you can be 100% present and really connected and the quality's improved.
Or the other alternative is, and one of your other callers said this, is you can kind of do mutual things like, you know, games or quizzes, kind of words with friends.
That's one way you can maintain the contact.
Maybe you're chatting at the same time, but you're not having, you know, there's not all this kind of white noise going on because you don't know what to say.

Look, again, I think this is where technology is definitely your friend.
You know, because of that instant communication, you know, what I recommend to couples in this kind of situation is just create a private channel that's just for the two of you to really support your erotic life.
