I mean, you, and what I mean there is morale is essential, absolutely essential.

If, you know, some of the stuff you do in the military is pretty difficult.

You know, it's not stuff that you would naturally do.

So in order to do it, you need to have really high morale and leadership.

And I think, you know, that's something that the British military and a lot of European, American military and others are really good at.

And undoubtedly, when you see some great acts of bravery and all the rest of it, it is all about morale.

It's the thing that keeps you going forward when everything else is telling you not to.

And it's also a collective thing.

I think it's about really strong leadership.

And in the British, in most Western armies, the officers lead.

They go first.

Conversely, in the Russian army, the officers actually lead from the back.
