But if next year we are at war, then absolutely.

Nobody wants to go down that road in a vehicle they think is going to explode under whatever sort of attack.

and you won't survive.

So it's essential.

And what we're learning, and we were discussing it earlier, the great thing about Ukraine is the pace of innovation, spinning so quickly.

And I'm sure we'll talk about the dreadfulness of the British army and military procurement system.

In peacetime, it's a flipping nightmare.

In warfare, as we saw in the Second World War, and I'm sure Jim Holland and others have talked you through it, and you'll be aware,

Everything works so much more quickly.

In Ukraine, if you've got a good idea, it can be on the front line in weeks, maybe a month.

In the British military, Ajax, the recce vehicle that's had a lot of issues, which again, I test drove a few months ago, it's 10 years in the making, it's still not on the front line.

Had this been Ukraine, it would have been in the front line after a few months or so.

So I think, so probably not a good answer.

You've got, you've absolutely put your finger on the issue here.

But I am confident that certainly because, you know, if we were at war, those situations would sort themselves out.

Because once you're at war,

then it is the number one priority.

At the moment, it's not.

But I think we've got the basis of a plan to get there.

And let's hope it's not us going to war that gets us there more quickly.
