We like this.

We've been really working, but that also doesn't mean that's going to be everybody.

So I guess the big takeaways from this is, first off, understand what you want when you call in.

Help us, you know, try to get you, you know, maybe we can talk you into or work with you on, oh, you, you, this is kind of what you want, but I can get this a little bit faster type thing.

Yeah.

And one of the big things is it bugs the crap out of me.

It's one of the worst things that I have to do is not deliver in the time we do.

And I actually go buy a lot of stuff.

I've done it.

I go buy a lot of stuff at full price.

I mean, we kind of make a little bit of money on the machining and that side of things.

But just to get it out, just to make the customer happy.

And that's just things that people don't see.

We're trying to do to make everybody happy.

I think we've come a long ways in the last couple of years on trying to do this, but understand that the smaller gun shops, it's going to be a little bit more difficult.

Some of them are working a full-time job doing this on the side.

Some of them are, you know, they're way behind.

They've got a lot of people calling in.

That's why a lot of them don't answer the phone all the time.

You got to leave a message because they're on the machine machining or they're trying to get their backlog done or anything else.
