Listen to guys like Jamie Dimon, and at best, it's crocodile tears, Ray Dalio, Steve Schwarzman.

These guys will all keep doing business with China until they can no longer cash their checks once the shooting starts.

Thing to remember here is that all these guys made a bundle off of China, and they didn't pay any attention to national security.

The idea is, well, it's somebody else's responsibility.

So we are the ones really who have gotten ourselves into this mess, or say our ruling class has, our elites have.

It's not regular Americans.

They're the ones who have actually suffered from all of this.

And you need to keep that in mind, that these guys, the elites, they want to make a bundle.

and they want to keep doing it.

They don't have the best interests of regular Americans at heart.

You remember the two standing ovations Xi Jinping got when he visited San Francisco to meet President Biden.

These were standing ovations from America's business luminaries.

And the MC of that was actually a former US government colleague of mine at the Tokyo embassy.

So at the end of the day, the United States deserves much blame for having created this enemy that potentially could destroy us.

And I'm reminded of a message I got from a young Marine captain in Afghanistan who said, he wrote, sir, sometimes I think we want to lose.

But it's easy to win.

You just have to stop doing things that help the Chinese and actually do things that help the United States.

And if we do that, we'll be fine.

But I do want to stress how dire the circumstances are.
