Welcome to a very special edition of War Room. I'm Frank Gaffney. I'm very pleased to be sitting in for Steve Bannon for another hour of a two-part program this day on the summit, the Trump... summit with Xi Van Fleet, the Chinese communist emperor who will be in Washington, D.C. for some two and a half days of a state visit. And the question in the House at the moment is, to what end? This is a program sponsored by and featuring quite a number of our most eminent members of the Committee on the Present Danger of China, including Steve Bannon, who inspired and has been a founding and very, very important member of the committee, literally from its inception. We are going to also have a number of other guests who are allies of ours in the fight, one of whom we were hearing from in the previous
segment. He had to bear with us as we abbreviated his presentation, but we're so glad to have Jan Jekielek, the host of an incredibly important program on the Epoch Times Network's media empire. It's called America's Thought Leaders. I've been privileged to be on it a couple of times myself, and he has showcased the work of an incredible array of both American thought leaders and a few others as well. And he's also the author of an incredibly important book called Killed to Order. And Jan, I'm so glad you were able to stay with us to talk a little bit more about what it says about the Chinese Communist Party and what it says in particular to us. that it is willing to kill its own citizens to order in the organ harvesting business lucratively for them.
Fill us in a little bit more on that and how it should be prominently figuring in both our understanding of the threat we face from China, but also this summit meeting with Xi Jinping.
Well, let's go back to the year 1999 where the Falun Gong spiritual movement began being persecuted by the Chinese Communist Party. 7,200 million people are now basically made illegal These people resist this in significant quantity. They say, no, we're not going to be illegal. We're going to continue practicing truthfulness, compassion, tolerance. They incarcerate a massive number of people. And this is what sets the stage for this kill to order, forced organ harvesting. Some very evil person, I make the case in Kill to Order in the book about who that is, basically says, why don't we do a win-win, right? We can eradicate this group of people as was basically suggested Jiang Zemin, the head of the Chinese Communist Party at the time, direct those.
Those were his words. It didn't mean kill everybody. It means just kind of get rid of the movement. But these people weren't going to be brainwashed easily. So why don't we grow our organ industry while also getting rid of these people? And then you see this massive growth of hospitals. And then we estimate it's about 60,000 to 100,000 transplants a year. And then by 2015 or 2016, no one really has done anything about it. And they add a second group of people. Now, it's not just Falun Gong practitioners, but they add the Uyghurs. What I'm trying to explain here, why am I mentioning this? And I'm kind of moving at lightning pace here because I don't know exactly how much time we have. But basically, the moment that a group becomes targeted by the Chinese Communist Party and mass dehumanizing propaganda is pushed out against it,
the entire population gets conditioned to being used to seeing that group marginalized and terrible things being done to that group.
