People can put up whatever they want.
want, they can say whatever they want about people, um, and there are absolutely no consequences.
And and and and I think when you look at what's happened even over this summer, I think we can really see how dangerous that is in in in m my view.
And these companies are very irresponsible.
It is because they they work in a very difficult and challenging situation like b because we we know UHL is is understaffed.
We know that it's overcrowded.
I I I mean you don't need me to say that th this morning.
And the staff there are already under enormous pressure.
And obviously f families who who who who go into to UHL is a very stressful and anxious time for people.
And when they see
This sort of stuff online.
you know, it only feeds into that into into that narrative about number one, our our our local hospital.
Um and there have been, as I said, significant improvements m made, but it's really important that people understand that healthcare workers are only doing the best they can with the resources that they have.
Um I have been uh uh I have been told um where the video is is w was filmed, but I'm not gonna say on air where the video um has been filmed.
But as far as my understanding is, it was a completely different healthcare setting.
And I really think that that like
There is a lesson here in in terms of if something like this comes up that I really think the first thing that people should do is is actually contact the hospital and allow the hospital to account for themselves before they go putting or sharing anything like this uh online because there's so much missing dis disinformation uh out there.
And I'm not a
proportioning bl blame onto the poor family who thought that this was their ma'am e either.
But I I I think there's really an an an important l lesson here for all of us and to be actually careful about where we get our news and where we get our information from.
