The show has just been one movie.
It does not have enough to sustain tension, momentum, or audience interest across two episodes.
Like I said, we have Mike investigating information that has been explicitly told to him.
There are so many scenes that are repetitive.
We see multiple dream sequences.
We have multiple montages.

It's multiple scenes with him writing, and that is a pet peeve of mine, writers writing on screen.
It is not, and I've never seen it outside of The Shining.
I have never seen it done cinematically interestingly.
