This has grown in the last year and a half to now you're beyond the cattle.

Sure.

Still do that, right?

Absolutely.

But now you're beyond that to the family and the relationship and the leadership and the skills that it takes to do this successfully.

But can they still come?

Like if our listeners are interested in that suite that we had talked about before.

Sure.

And none of the, you know, some are going to blow this off as just leadership garbage.

I don't need that.

You can still help them.

We've done episodes on succession planning, done multiple episodes.

They always do really well.

We've done episodes on peer groups and getting those types of organizations involved and put together.

We've just put out an episode on coaching.

We've covered a lot of these things individually.

We've not covered these things specifically to cattle producers.

And I bet your tool is valuable because there's a lot of young producers out there that don't have farms to go back to.

Like you said, you came back and your mom and dad had sold out.
