They have something called Chime Prime, which in my mind is not like the best name.
But essentially, you are getting rewards for doing everyday transactions, right?
For a lot of consumers, if you're just throwing rewards at them for doing their everyday transactions.
Day business, that's great, right?
The downside of Chime, according to our research, but also do some AI searches and get the same thing.
Customer support is not great, right?
They don't have that branch.
It's all digital, right?
For better or for worse.
For a lot of customers, you know, they kind of outgrow Chime.
