The idea is like, how do I get from point A to point B?
And maybe it is the right product.
Maybe it's a different advisor.
Maybe it's a different process that you go through.
But that's an example of something five years ago.
But maybe you set up like a pretty complex Excel macro to find that.
Today AI could be your friend in there.
Right.
AI could be your friend from the banker's side to identify where are car payments going out, where are mortgages going out, where are other payments going out that we could potentially compete with on a regular basis.
That is a proactive recommendation.
Mm-hmm.
Right.
That is putting your customers and members in a better financial space that they're happy, they're satisfied, they have flexibility, but importantly, you're bringing business into your institution.
