You have to just evolve.
I think for every FI that's different, right?
That is it I wanna open ten new branches in a new state, I want to introduce, you know, a completely online
checking account for my members.
It's different for everybody, but you have to take that step in a direction.
You have to be able to determine what's coming next.
And you know, some of that is
understanding what people around you are doing, understand what your members, what your customers want, but it's also understanding like where you want to go as an institution, right?
For most of the people that we talk to, they're community based institutions.
And that is like kind of their superpower.
But, you know, as kind of at threat to a certain extent.
So it's like, how do you build on that in a way that is just kind of making people's lives
Easier, right?
Like finances are something you don't really want to think about too much.
So it's like, what are we doing to put our members and our customers in a place where they can just kind of forget about us for a while and we're just taking care of what needs to be done?
I mean, that's true in every capacity, right?
Like you you were saying in the intro, my wife works at the school, she's administrator there.
And you have some parents who come into school every day and grab their kids, right?
Like as they're walking through the halls, put them in the car, they get going.
