There's some parents that never leave the pickup line, right?
There's some parents that never come for pickup and their kids take the bus.
That doesn't mean that they're all not getting the same outcome from that institution.
Right.
Their level of participation there is not predicated on whether or not they're happy or satisfied or they feel like the product has delivered.
And in their case, it has.
It's just some people want to come into the branch or come into school more.
Some people don't.
In the end, are you giving them the experience that they want in the way that they want?
And I think that's one of the biggest struggles today, you know, especially under like kind of the 45 and undercrowd, right?
Gen Z millennials, you know, like you and I are talking now, but you know, besides work, I don't like being on the phone that often.
Right.
I'm sure you're the same way.
It's it's it's true.
It's like, how do you how do you serve my
needs as a financial institution, sometimes it's digital, sometimes it's through chat, you know, and we'll talk about AI in a little bit.
Gotta be that communication to ensure that your people know you're there for you, no matter how you interact with them.
And I think that kind of gets lost a little bit.
