If all things are equal, if your experience, your product, your satisfaction is equal, most people would say they'd rather do that local.
They'd rather do it at the community level.
But the problem we have is that that's a perception issue, a community banking institution is not offering you the same level of tech.

That's probably not true in all cases.
But if you find that community option that has the pieces that serves you in the way that matters, you'll stick with that every time because that's what you would prefer.
You'd rather prefer to support them than Citibank or Wells or someone else.
But the quality and the experience will also be there.
Yeah, and like ordering from Amazon, if I want to get, let's call it, I I need a new shirt and I know a certain brand that I like and I've worn it in the past and I can get it from Amazon.
I don't have to worry about it.
I know exactly what I'm getting.

That's not necessarily true if I go into a local store that I've never really heard of.
They're pretty cool.
