Cause once you get that sobriety in, you're gonna gain more and more and more awareness of what it feels like to live alcohol free.

But you have to give yourself that chance and

to incorporate this new lifestyle and this new way of life for yourself, right?

So the moderation cycle is really it can be disguised too as exploration, right?

Of the I'll just cut back.

I'll only drink on the weekends.

I'll only drink on the holidays.

I'll only drink on my birthdays.

I won't drink.

I won't drink on Fridays anymore, right?
