And your boss, your organization, hiring managers, it's the same.
The person that is top of mind, that owns that top of mind awareness is the person that gets the opportunities.
This is not a made up thing.
This is not maybe.
This is something that we can prove psychologically with statistical significance that you will be chosen if you have top of mind awareness in somebody's consciousness.
