He's been consistent.

So Dostal is on top of his game right now.

So I'd say the goaltending going in is pretty flat.

He's getting older, but he's great.

He's great.

I love the guy.

He's done everything here.

He's got great character.

He's got toughness.

He competes like crazy.

I mean, Connor Murphy's come in and just shocked me that how good he is.

And I don't, I mean, who knows what Chicago's doing.

You talked about them getting rid of their leadership, but man, they've sprinkled the league with a lot of really good players.

And the other point I'd like to make is when you're trading for a player that comes from a really good team, beware.

When you trade for a player that comes from a bad team,

there's a pretty good chance there's going to be an uptick because team strength has a huge impact on the performance level of players.

And when your team strength is high, your individual weaknesses are hidden.

And when your team strength is low, everything, believe me, I know from experience when I've been beat out,

in the playoffs to a better team, most of my weaknesses were exposed.
