So it's about a quarter of the population within the first 10 days went, yeah, I want to be part of that.
Then they launched the actual network itself in October.
So it's brand new, two months old.
And since that October go live, so just less than two months ago, they've done 150 million transactions, 150 million payments.
And to put that into perspective, FedNow did 2.5 million for the entire Q3 this year.
And the clearinghouse RTP, their last published status was January this year.
So it was 2023 data, but they did, excuse me, 2024 data.
Um, but they did a total of 343 million.
So just over twice what Columbia did in two months in a sixth of the population.
There's room to grow in the States.
That's for sure.
And that's going to be one of the things that we need to keep an eye on looking forward.

It's one thing to have support for instant payments, but to actually make it part of your strategy and to be able to process much higher volumes than potentially you're doing today with perhaps a tactical solution to instant payments is going to be one of the ongoing problems.
We're seeing that across the world.
As instant payments have taken off and grown exponentially,
how do I deal with that volume, that transactions per second, the latency, and all the other things you need to have super reliable payment service.
Yeah, I think it wins the race there to the number one most discussed topic.
There's plenty of use cases for stablecoin, but the one that stands out is cross-border payments.
