Every year we look back at the past year and we look forward for the next year and we think, well, surely next year can't be as busy as this year.

And sure enough, it gets busier and busier.

Payments never fail to amaze me that there's always something going on.

There's always some innovation.

There's always some exciting new opportunities in payments, some of them regulated, some of them chosen to be part of innovation.

But there's always something happening.

And payments is such a dynamic industry.

So it's fabulous to look back.

But I'm much more interested in looking forward as well.

But let's take a look at what 2025 has brought us.

And then that will actually set us up nicely, I think, to look at what's coming in 2026 and beyond.

So it was a big year.

Now, it's obviously been live across multiple schemes for years and indeed across the world as well.
