Why?
Because I've learned how to master the
those hundred and sixty eight hours that I've got in a week and make them work for me.
But it wasn't always like that.
I'd done what most people that will be listening to this episode have done over years, and that set up a business.
Not knowing how to build, grow and scale a business.
I was just a joiner that were good at what I do.
I set up a business, I got busy.
And here's me thinking I'm growing my business because I've got loads of work, I'm I'm taking more team on, I'm moving into offices, I've got vans all over the show.
And here's me
But behind the scenes, I wasn't growing.
All I'd become was a slave to the business.
I'd become a prisoner in my own business because my business dictated and controlled my time.
What I did, when I did it, and who I did it with.
And the challenge that we've got is when we're busy and we're on the tools all day and we're working, I don't know, eight while five o'clock on tools, where do we find time then?
To do all the admin, to do all the paperwork, to do the working on the business side.
Where do we find the time to run the entire business?
And where we find the time is generally evenings and weekends, because that's the only time that we've got left.
But in doing that, the busier we get without having these five things that I'm gonna share with you on this episode in place, by doing that, all you
