Because I've systemized and automated the holy hell out of the entire sales process and customer journey in my businesses.
And in today's day and age, I am absolutely shell-shocked and godsmacked that in today's modern digital age, where we have got all this software and and apps to run as businesses, how the hell is it that people in today's day and age aren't running the business with systems and automations in it?
I get it, when I started this 18 years ago, we didn't have software, we didn't have apps, we didn't have things like that back then.
I had to systemize my business using Word documents and flipping Excel spreadsheets and all that type of stuff.
But today, when there's an app that you can download and run your entire business through it that triggers automations throughout that customer journey.
Why aren't you using software?
You think of all the manual things that you're doing repeatedly every single day.
Everything from dealing with leads coming in.
Speaking and communicating with potential customers.
Surveying jobs, pricing jobs, putting proposals, quotes, or estimates together.
Sending them out.
Making the follow-up with that customer.
Booking the job in.
