The customer leaves you a video testimonial.
All that law is what we call a customer journey.
And your customer journey from lead coming in all the way through all them different steps and stages that you've got to manually do right the way through to that five star glowing review being added onto Google, all that lot can be lifted up and dropped into a system and automated.

Well seven o'clock in the morning you might be on your way to merchants or wholesalers.
So you can't manually do that, but the system can.
It might well be that during the day when you're in the tools or you're in your office if you're off at tools, certain things need to be done.
But because you're firefighting or dealing with ten other things
