You know, we're spread out on the back end.

Guys are going to have to have jobs and feel important.

But ultimately, if you want to win the big prize, everyone has to be important, and you need all 20 going the right direction.

I think you just saw that with Carolina, and I think you've seen it the year before with Florida.

Their depth players become really important down the stretch.

Well, I think, and obviously Mike will make that final call, I think just ultimately how do we make the team the best?

And I think that's been maybe some of the complaints maybe is that it's top-heavy and not to say that those two won't play together because they very easily could.

But how do we make all the pairings better?

How do we make the team better to spread it around a little bit more

And we're going to look at all options.

Clearly, we have some newer players, two new defensemen coming in.

Murph's just kind of new to it.

So you've got guys who's going to fit with who.

And how you start the year typically isn't how you finish the year.

So at some point, we'll find the sweet spot.

But if you never tinker at all, if something happens...

What do you do?

How do you know how they're going to play with each other?

So I think it's a shorter exhibition schedule, clearly, but I think in time we will find the right pairs.
