Fixed my son up.

He ended up being there about a month.

And we went from that experience of thinking we're losing him to Mike being there at 4 in the morning to meet me and to do this.

And that's a side of Mike that no one sees.

And that's probably a bond that our family has with him and his family the rest of our life.

My 10-year-old is going to be living in Edmonton this year.

And with me, you know what?

Mike gave me my opportunity in the National Hockey League.

And I'll forever be grateful for that opportunity.

But then again, every day when I look at Rocky, I just think what a guy does away from the rink a lot of people don't talk about, that's one that will forever have us bonded.

For sure it is.

And he's going to trust me a lot more.

He's going to be able to lean on me a lot more.

But he's still going to be just as hard.

And the ultimate goal is to win.

And I came here not only to help Mike.

I came here to have an opportunity to win a Stanley Cup.

And this will be the best team that I've ever coached.

I was saying to someone the other day, it's the first year that I'm going into training camp with a legitimate thought that,

You know, not to say the other years you couldn't win, but a legitimate thought that you're thinking you're a top five team in the National Hockey League.
