It's constantly there's economics to it.

And so helping people understand, look at the dog assess is what they just did worth rewarding.

And what's going to in this moment constitute a reward, maybe not the same thing that 10 seconds ago constituted a reward.

I said, I'm going to do a podcast with him.

I don't, I don't really know what I'm going to say.

It's like when I teach a seminar or a workshop, I feel like I have, I have no idea what's going to come out of my mouth.

It's going to be an out of body experience for two hours.

I know it's going to be fun and I know it's going to be cool.

And I know I have enough experience to draw on to, to open my mouth and say things that will help people.

it's just kind of an interesting experience the teaching which is i don't know i don't know about you but i i really love teaching and i get a real high out of teaching people training skills agility skills is fun you know to get together and help people run a course but training skills teaching people how to make those decisions in the moment um how to see how to make those decisions that's the cool part i think

I just kind of dig out a little bit.

Because in my community, it's mostly women.

it's a lot of people who a lot of people who get into dog training and dog sport are I won't say across the board but a lot of people get into dogs because their social skills with people are it's more challenging so then we get a group of those people together in front of other people and now there's a performance aspect to it and if you're an adult and you thought your school days were over now you're in a seminar situation so a lot of that

reluctance, I think is because of the situation.

If it was a private lesson, it wouldn't I don't think it'd be the same.

And so in a seminar situation, I think for me as an instructor, it's important to to kind of know where the students are at with their ego, and their level with that stuff.
