by the outcomes you know right and and i'm you know i'm not perfect i'm not going to claim that i'm perfect i'm going to screw up occasionally and it's pretty likely you're going to see me screw up because i'm willing to do it in public and there's some things that are going to happen in the ring and you're going to see it and guess what my dogs are not being abused they're pretty happy overall they are drama queens and they i have one dog i you not
If I tell that dog to come over here and get in the pen in the agility hall and he doesn't want to stop the training, he will lay down, lay on his side, close his eyes and play dead because he doesn't want to stop.
So there's that.
So that's kind of, you know, I don't want to say balance trainer because balance trainer implies that I use all training methods equally and I don't.
So I'm not balanced.
Balance, plus balance is a really dynamic process.
You know, if you stand on a balance beam, balancing does not mean you're standing still.
You're balancing.
Yes.
So I think I would like to describe myself as a practical trainer.
I have goals that I and I, you know, my dogs sleep on my bed, and I love them, but they're also a product.
And so I'm interested in
I'm interested in taking whatever dog I have and trying to produce a fairly consistent product, meaning I like to win.
I want to make a dog that's a winner.
And not every dog is going to get to that place the same way.
So I have to have lots of options.
So I think, I don't know, I think practical trainer, pragmatic trainer, real world trainer,
I think there are plenty.
But a lot of them don't want to say it out loud.
