so and it literally was like going to a seminary because it was very very small classes most people but I went because that teacher who taught me at sixth form I didn't know he'd been a Jesuit so I said to him you know sir I know I haven't done any work but I'd like to go to university you know I've been learning your stuff and I was quite sassy and I hadn't done a UCAS or anything and he said of course you can so you can go to Oxford to Cambridge to Durham I was like my

called and i said well where did you go and he said well i went to cambridge then i became a jesuit and i went to heathrop and i studied there for my second degree so i thought right i'm going i'm going i want to learn what he knows i'm going it was a bit unconventional because there was no history of going to university in my family was there faith in your family though

um probably the most in me I was a very very sort of um devout young girl um so I would walk three miles to mass at night and I remember the head nun calling me in and saying and I was so swatty and good as a sort of 11 year old I was quite different as a 16 or 17 year old but a head nun calling me in and saying um Rachel you know we think you'd make a wonderful head girl one day and

And I thought, oh, I wasn't so sure.

In fact, I think that probably turned me, actually.

But yeah, yeah, yeah.

So I was very, I loved my Catholicism.
