to deport anyone and everyone, even if they are lawfully here.
And remember, you talk about asylum.
That's a lawful pathway.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if he either doesn't know or, as we are seeing with him more and more, has moments which are getting much longer of just complete mental unawareness and mental instability.
and mental issues because, I mean, that's one example where he'll throw that out.
A couple of weeks ago, I remember watching and he was convinced Tom Tillis, the senator from North Carolina, was no longer in Congress.
He is losing it and he is being more and more controlled, I believe, by Stephen Miller, who is the architect of this draconian deportation dragnet.
A huge part of it is that I do represent the Statue of Liberty.
I do represent Ellis Island.
I do represent the sort of embodiment of welcoming others.
Part of it is, frankly, my religion as a Jew growing up with Tikkun Olam and knowing the discrimination and persecution that Jews have faced when they've been booted out of various different countries and not been allowed and recognizing... The statues over there.
Yeah.
recognizing how important it is that we welcome everyone, especially those who are facing persecution themselves.
And then finally, yes, New York City is 40% immigrant.
40% immigrant, not like first generation.
