And so whether I'm touch one or touch three of getting that lead to engage with you or to your website, we are a valuable and viable part of the solution now to make sure we don't leave that untouched consumer behind where they didn't have the traditional versus the digital option to react or engage with you directly.
Why does direct mail still work in today's environment?
