Which maybe is an advantage that Andy Burnham might have, which she obviously had a completely fractured and divided opposition that th th th and obviously also the what turned out to be the get out of jail free card of the of the popular boost that she got from from the Falklands War that gave her the political space.
And if it hadn't been for the Falklands War, you know, British history would would have been very different and the perception to Margaret Thatcher would have been.
Would have been very would have been very, very different.
But to g to again take the conversation right back to the beginning.
That's kind of what I'm saying in relation to Andy Burnham.
That's kind of what Andy Burnham's strategy is.
Andy Burnham knows he can't turn around tomorrow as someone who's come in without a mandate and say, I'm going to introduce this radical surgery.
I'm going to do all these things, none of which you actually voted for when you when you voted Labour.
I'm going to do all these things.
I know it's hard but but tough and I'm showing it I'm gonna I'm gonna be very brave.
And by the way, I've got, you know, two and a half, best part, just under three years to introduce it.
His strategy is as I said, going back to the original point, that's exactly the strategy he's pursuing.
Okay, do this, do not the the easy stuff, but the slightly more popular stuff, deal with the politics, win a majority, give myself five years, give myself a working majority.
And then I'll start to take the take the tough decisions.
