Like all the showdown bullshit that I did, I did because I thought it was fun.
I didn't do it to get notoriety, I didn't do it to become popular online, I didn't do it to like fucking make zingers or viral tweets or whatever.
I just thought it was fucking
hilarious that I could go on a website, type in a search thing, and then scroll for fifteen minutes and find a French hydroelectric plant that I could control remotely.
I could open the sluices and flood Fumel, France.
France.

It's this weird it's not quite a circle, it's kind of like a Mobius strip with a bunch of like do you know what dendrites are?

I should know what they are.
Yeah, so it's actually an interesting chemistry science thing.
So in a battery, you have a cathode and an anode, and then you have your electrolyte in the center.
Picture in your mind a rectangle, and you have a a rectangular thing inserted into this rectangle from the top, that's a cathode, and you have another rectangular thing inserted from the top on the other side that's the anode.
And inside it's like a lead acid battery, right?
Think of a fish tank of the sulfuric acid with a fucking copper rod in one end and a fucking zinc rod in the other.
And then you attach leads to those.
And electricity happens.
So when you're charging the battery, and sometimes when you're discharging the battery, the electrons are flowing through the electrolyte, right?
And what'll happen from a chemistry perspective is as those electrons leave the cathode and go towards the anode, they go from the positive to the negative, they'll drag material with them.
