It's literally not rocket science, but we're just going to go through and, I don't know, we're never going to change it that the whole public's going to see food like I see it.

Once we get rid of the water content roasting it, you can use that to emulsify something, which is like the corn flour that's in your custard powder.
So instead of corn flour, I'm using kumara.
And kumara is also sweet and also delicious.

And now people are going, oh, custard in New Zealand.
You're like, no, no, it's not really custard in New Zealand.
But in their mind, they're like, oh, custard in New Zealand's with kumara, you know what I mean?
You talk about brain farts being around those rich people.
