So we're seeing some consolidation.

There's quite a few, they call them ranches out in California, which is beyond me because sometimes they're 20 acres, but they call them a ranch.

But we're seeing some of those things sell.

Some of those are switching out crops over from maybe almonds to pistachios.

Pistachio market's still pretty decent right now.

Almonds kind of coming back out of the doldrums.

They got hit pretty hard in COVID.

It was a supply issue.

They couldn't get those things exported out quick enough.

We're seeing some price increase in the almond sector right now, which is good for our California.

Oh, I think it's almost with today's farmers, it's almost a majority that has some sort of wife working at a hospital or a teacher or having some sort of off-farm income.

That's right.

Yeah, we're seeing some people get into some various types of custom work, you know, whether it's excavating, drain tile, you know, manure application if you're in an area that's got hogs and things like that.

So I think that's another area or arena that a young producer can get into, you know, that's a little bit outside of the normal corn and beans, cows type thing.

Okay.

Let's do it.

So, yeah, to your point, we've got our traditional products, anything from a three-year fixed all the way out to a 30-year fixed.

And for a lot of our customers, that's the right solution for them, you know, when the cash flow makes sense and things like that.

But about...

three years ago, actually it's been four years ago, we kind of had a brainstorming session and we said, you know, what loan product can we bring to the marketplace that maybe isn't adequately being covered right now by other lenders that may give some folks some other options.
