I've got this extra tractor combine I haven't used in two years.

Whatever the case may be, we're seeing some folks liquidate some excess inventory.

Is that a thing?

That's right.

Yeah.

You can only cut so much fat, right?

Yeah, so especially in today's market, it's easy to get focused on, you know, the next couple years.

But as an underwriter, you've kind of taken a step back.

Yeah, you're seeing the, you know, right now in the next couple years, you're wanting that to cash flow and look okay.

But we're more looking at a typical year on, you know, over a 10, 15, 20, 30-year stretch.

You know, we have products that, you know, go 30 years.

And so when you're underwriting those, you're really looking for more long-term than short-term.

Yeah, yeah.

You know, as things get tighter, people, you know, get more of a microscope on what's going on.

So, yeah, I would say definitely you're seeing a lot more producers get more and more active in their finances.

It's got to be it.

Well, I think a lot of what we're seeing is we're seeing more producers being willing to work with consultants.

You know, everybody's got their favorite accountant that they've used for a number of years, but we're seeing some startup-type companies come into the marketplace that will actually sit down with the producer and

take a deep dive throughout their operation and really help them put together cash flows, figuring out what their trends have been, what the yields are going to be, things like that, and just really partnering up with them to help them kind of get to that next step.
