What can we do in our operation that's going to make us successful?

Not for the next year.

I know we're focused now on what we're doing in 26, but what can we do today that will keep us farming in 2030, 2035, and on into the future?

It's a good way to frame that.

Yeah, I think we're seeing a mix of that.

There's some producers that are still pretty strong.

They've got a good cash position.

They might still be able to trade some equipment.

There's some deals to be had out there in the used equipment market right now.

I think dealers are setting on a lot of inventory.

So if it makes sense for a producer

you know, to trade up or consolidate some equipment.

Those deals are out there to be had.

But there's others.

You know, I mentioned earlier folks selling equipment and things like that.

We've even seen some folks maybe sell, you know, some land that's way down the road.

We don't have a sentimental attachment to it.

It's a 40-acre that doesn't join the home farm.

And with today's real estate prices, maybe it makes sense to market some of that excess ground.

That's not a thing that farmers want to hear.
