We don't want to sell our land.

That's kind of our base of equity.

But we're seeing some folks –

being put into the position where that might be the way that they need to go to keep operating.

Not a lot.

Our delinquency rate right now is well below 1%, which is kind of an industry benchmark of kind of where you want to don't get above.

So we haven't seen delinquency spike up at this point.

So there's not been a ton of folks, you know, in that position where they've got to go out and market their land.

Seems like we see quite a bit on the purchase side still.

You know, those stronger producers are able to – maybe there's a consolidation going on out there, a few producers retiring, exiting the marketplace.

And so –

For those folks that are well-positioned, we're seeing some purchase opportunity come around as well.

Yeah.

Right.

And we've seen a few of those deals as well all over the U.S., mostly in the Midwest.

And as long as you've got a decent leaseback rate in there, they're not setting something astronomically high that doesn't make sense from a cash rent perspective.

We've seen a few of those come together.

Well, I mean, no matter what, you got to operate, right?

So I think first you got to look at your liquidity and get that right.

And hopefully you have the equity in the balance sheet if you need to
