And I don't know if one's stronger than the other, but in my eyes, you need to operate for this year, so you need to make sure that your liquidity is first and foremost.

To do what you can to manage your cash position.

Yeah, I think for us, and we're an earnings-based or repayment-based lender, collateral has always been a secondary form of repayment if things don't go right.

Okay.

But we really like to see those loans being paid back with the cash flow.

If it's a landlord, you know, they've got cash rent income coming in, that's okay.

If it's a producer, they're going to be raising a crop or putting out some cattle, dairy operation, whatever the case may be.

But we really look deep at that.

That repayment ratio is pretty key for us.

I think there's a lot of factors out there.

You know, the export market for grain is in a precarious position right now.

So I think that's on a lot of folks mind.

But, you know, for somebody that's got a pretty good balance sheet and maybe they're able to get a.

I want to say a deal because I don't know if there's deals out there to be had on land.

But if they can get a fair price and it fits into their operation, we're seeing real estate values outside of some pockets in maybe California where they've got some water challenges and things like that.

But real estate values have held very strong, especially in the Midwest.

We're not seeing a whole lot of bargains and things like that out there.

And it seems like I kind of follow the auction market in various states.

And there's still been some records set, you know, on the auction market.
