Yeah, so I started YouTube in about 2020 during COVID.
And then I moved down to Dublin and my parents wanted to basically see what I was doing.
So then I was like, I'll start posting YouTube videos of what I do in the week.
And then it kind of progressed as this thing of where, like, when I was younger, I never got the opportunity to see what these...
people in the world were doing because island was never winning world championship gold medals yeah so it was like i need to i go on youtube to have a look at what other people doing and it wasn't really that much content so i was like i want to show people what you they truly do and a true behind the scenes so then i was like i'm going to show this on the youtube channel
I'm probably terrible at switching off.
Honestly, I'm always thinking about swimming.
I guess the parts I do switch off, I play a bit of golf and I also go to the cinema a lot.
That would be the time I switch off.
But I'm still thinking about something else.
It's never not just switching down and not thinking about anything.
Do you have to be obsessed?
Yes, definitely.
I think the obsession is what makes you great.
And I think that when I was younger, I was definitely obsessed with the hard work and the grind and the pain that you get during the training sessions because you can't really replicate.
I always say the joy you get out of a training session is really well, never replicated in anything.
Yeah.
See, when I finish a set and it's unbelievable, I'll never be able to repeat that kind of feeling in my life.
It's kind of addictive.
Kind of like a killer mentality is what I like to say.
