Now, they did it through a polling company that does lots of polls that get reported on the ABC and in other media.

And it asked about people's sentiment towards triple zero.

Now, in that poll...

One in 10 people said that they or a member of their family had been unable to connect to 000 via a mobile phone in the previous year.

They actually ran the survey again and they got the result as 8%.
