Let's look, let's compare BHP to what the coal companies, the pure coal companies are doing at the moment.
So BHP has made a conscious decision that they don't want to be necessarily involved in, oh, I kind of have to get it right.
The ones, the coking coal, isn't it?
Which is the one that goes...
Yeah, energy.
Yeah.
Because obviously steel is a conundrum, right?
We haven't got to green steel yet.
And obviously Twiggy is, you know, and a few others are working really hard.
Mr. Reliance, I think, over in India is working really hard to get that sorted.
But they have made a conscious decision to move out of a market that they think is in terminal decline.
In comparison, the major coal companies, Whitehaven, New Hope, they are not, they're just paying the investors these huge wadges of cash.
And I've always wondered like, you know, yes, as the market collapses, the ones that are the lowest cost producers and the most resilient will do very well.
But someday the tap's going to go or the door, we're going to shut the door on that one.
Well, we kind of have to if you accept climate science.
So surely they should be investing in a different way, in the same way as BHP has said we want to go into potash because we think food security, and that's a direct play on that, is a really important issue.
So I think how companies disrupt themselves is really important.
And I think the Microsoft example was a great thing that how they evolved that walled garden that they have where you get caught in the whole Microsoft package thing that is now a plethora of products that started with one.
I also think it's really important to understand, and I think Tesla is a good example in this case, people get very caught up and they say, Tesla's market share is 75%.
It's in terminal decline because it's going to go to 25%.
