Oh that's a great question.

Um really the people that we want are people who will think of things that I wouldn't have.

Like that's f it's probably a funny thing to think about that way, but I just think of it like that.

Like so w in uh end of last year when we opened up an application, that was sort of my bar.

It's like, ooh, like I would have never thought of that as a as a as a topic.

So it's like that's a person I want because they're like into a little niche or just like thinking a little differently than I am.

That's the right.

Because it's like

T you know, uh I I I feel like I have a good hand in understanding what is important to people, but

You know, I'm also

blinded by my own e you know, experiences and w and whatnot.

It's sort of like the same thing with like your personal network.

It's uh you know, you're limited by who you know.

So it's like the the more outside you can get, the more people you can meet and know and learn from.

Uh I guess it's like ultimately diversity, like just a diversity of ideas, like really good ideas.

Uh so we're looking for people who want to help move the community forward.
