But we've now been told football's back.
The Prem's back.
The Champ's back.
The EFL is like 71 clubs.
We want to be playing football and we've been told we can't play football.
So it's devastation and disappointment.
Yeah, we were, we, we base and I don't, I don't want to cry me a river story that I'm a poor old Peter, but we'd won seven of our previous nine games.
We were the form team in the league.
We had one of the best home records, leading goal scorers in the football league.
Our last nine games, we'd had tough fixtures early on.
We played seven of the bottom nine, the last nine games, five out of nine were at home.
And this P this points per game weighted on weighted system has basically thrown us out of the playoffs and
we would have got automatic promotion.
I'm superbly confident on that.
Where we were as a team peaking at the right time, it was all set up for that run-in.
Our next fixture, when the season was called off back when we beat Portsmouth back in March, the following day, we were due to play Bolton.
No disrespect to Bolton, but they've obviously been, you know, beaten quite heavily this season by many teams.
And if we'd had one more day, no doubt we would have beaten Bolton.
We'd probably be sat third or even second.
So it's just mad, the timing, everything that's going on.
