So like when we had Z, Z had his little subgroup, right?

So it was Z, Marshy, Berge, you had David Backus in there.

You know, then it became like Berge, then it was Berge, Marshy had Nick Foligno in there.

Like we've just been spoiled with so many like NHL captains that have come through here.

Um, you know, and just like leaders.

So we had so many guys that stepped up, but like, they always talked about it.

And that was where I learned it.

Cause when Bergie was captain and then Marshy, like I was, you know, invited into those rooms, like, okay, like this is how we do things.

And you get to see how they do it by committee.

Like,

They all leaned on each other for everything.

Everything.

Like, you know, when it was time to stand up and Berge or someone had to, you know, do something like they can do it because they're the guy.

But man, everything they normally were like doing it as a unit.

They're asking for opinions on stuff like, you know, doing it as a group.

So,

We knew coming in this year, that was kind of what I said was like, we would do it as a group anyway, whether pasta had to see, or I had to see your campus or anybody like we would all collaborate on it.

I'll lean on each other.

Like, cause that's the way I've seen it work and have a, and have a lot of success.

So we made a leadership group going into this year.
