Now there's five main racetams and a bunch of small ones that people use experimentally, but let's go through the big ones.
Paracetam is the oldest, it's the original, it is the most studied cognitive racetam, and it isn't very potent by weight.
Definitely not a stimulant, so you have to take a good amount of it.
In fact, the typical dosing is between about one and a half and up to five grams per day in divided doses.
That's a really big window to go from about two to about five.
So what do you do?
Well, you start low and go bigger.
And if you get a headache or something, take more of the acetylcholine donors and see how it works.
You may find that either you're overstimulated, even though it's not a stimulant, or you may find that everyone around you is acting really, really slow and stupid.
That's not the case.
It's that you're faster and you need to work on being more patient.
