What if you could make your brain sharper in just 10 to 15 minutes a day?
Focus comes down to how well your mitochondria are working, because that's how your brain makes energy.
When your mitochondria slow down, you get brain fog, fatigue, and low motivation.
Light changes how that system behaves.
Scientists have been studying near infrared light for years because of how it interacts with mitochondria and supports energy production in your brain.
That's why I've been using Neuronic.
It's a wearable light therapy device for your head that uses near infrared light to support clarity, focus, and overall brain performance at home without adding another complicated routine.
It is simple to use, easy to stick with, and fits into your day in just a few minutes.
If you're ready to ditch brain fog, or you just want better mental performance, this is a straightforward tool to add.

This one is for those of us who are exercise complacent and just want to know the minimal effective dose.
A study out of Macau Polytechnic University tracked over 17,000 people from the UK Biobank and found that the standard advice of 150 minutes of exercise a week only lowers cardiovascular risk by about 8 or 9%.
To get real protection, over 30% risk reduction, you need somewhere between
Between five hundred and sixty and six hundred ten minutes a week.
That's three to four times the official guideline.
Only twelve percent of people in the study hit that number.
This is exactly what I mean when I say public health guidelines are calibrated to be the bare minimum that keeps the average sedentary person from falling apart, not the amount of that optimizes your health.
Regulators built the one hundred and fifty minute number as a floor, not a target.
Now I know I've spoken on my show about how I normally do fifteen to twenty minutes of exercise a week, but that's because I have a lot of fancy biohacking gear at my disposal.
