Uh, where I go through the lab work, a doctor who's worked on two heads of state is my business partner in it.

The guy who runs the Dalai Lama Foundation um and uh Mr.

Beast Foundation is the other partner.

So high-level stuff.

We take him to the jungle to learn from a shaman to do longevity work, and we take him to Kenya.

Um, and we do about fifty thousand dollars worth of lab work on all of them.

So when when I say that, I I don't say it lightly.

Like I'm actively engaged in longevity and written a New York Times best on a longevity book.

We are cracking the code right now.

I've done gene therapy.

I just reprogrammed my stem cells in New Jersey last week.

Uh and I've probably had more stem cells than anyone on the planet.

So yeah, we can do this.

I'm just an early example of it.

But if you're under thirty-five right now, you have such an unfair advantage because you haven't aged as much as I have while we were inventing all this shit.

Some of the systems in my body are aging backwards quantitatively.

Others, no.

I don't have good data on my brain.

I like to think I mean it's functioning very well, but I I I'd like to think that it's aging backwards, but I just don't know how to measure that.
