And so I get up and I'm jumping up and down, trying to get to a laying on my side.

Eventually it did come out.

And the instructions are like, you could wash it and put and take it again.

I'm like, fuck that.

So I I threw it away.

But yeah, I swallowed an electrical stimulating pill twenty years ago.

I spent about seven million dollars building a neuroscience lab so that I could improve my own brain.

Better brain data and just to have my brain work better.

And fortunately I turned it into 40 years of Zen, um, where you know we've written millions of dollars worth of our own um hardware our own software.

We've developed hardware just and not about

diagnosing what's wrong.

It's about how do we increase people's ability to access altered states that are part of the part of the human birthright that we just don't know how to get to anymore.

You know, this is an interesting one.

But one of my favorites is actually here in town.

Um, Doctor Ann Shippy.

Um, she just wrote a book um about preconception, was just on my show.

We've been dear friends for about 15 years, and she's I would say the top environmental doctor in the country.
