The the cutest story that I don't know if it's true or not, but about the Naval Academy experience that I I love to talk about is um Navy plays Notre Dame every year for football and there's this story that kind of gets floated around the parents' club and they say that um there's two two parents, you know, one kid goes to Navy, one kid goes to Notre Dame.
They're doing what parents do, they're bragging about their kids and their colleges and all there.
They're like Notre Dame parents are like, Oh, you know, Notre Dame's a precise.
It's a Jesuit thing.
And Naval Academy's like, Oh you naval cad parents, yeah, you know, Naval Naval Academy's a great one too, and he goes
He goes, Well well watch this.
He goes and he and he
shouts to a midshipman, which is one of the Naval Academy students, and he says, Hey midshipman, come over here
uh guy walks over, yes sir, what how can I do for you?
Hey, you know, my son's in twenty ninth company.
His name is uh John Roberts.
Here's a hundred dollars.
Can you go give this to him?
And he says, Yes sir, I will and then the Naval Academy parent turns to the Notre Dame parent and goes, Yeah, that's that's what this school's about.
That's why I like it here.
That's what that's what my that's the education my son's getting.
